Zeroflame Upgrade Intumescent Coating is a water-based intumescent coating designed for interior use on previously painted wood and non-combustible substrates. This 12.5kg white matt coating achieves EN 13501-1 fire classification B-s1, d0 when applied at the specified coverage rate.

Product Features:

• Fire Classification: Achieves EN 13501-1 Class B-s1, d0 on compliant substrates, providing certified fire protection.
• Suitable Substrates: For interior use on previously painted timber (minimum 8 mm thick) and non-combustible substrates (minimum 6 mm, density =338 kg/m?) with existing paint up to 360 ?m dry film.
• Finish: Provides a white matt finish that is compatible with Zeroflame Topcoat W.
• Coverage: Offers an approximate coverage of 2.5 m?/kg at 400 g/m?.
• VOC Content: Features a low VOC content of 31 g/L.
