Applying for an MKM credit account online 

All MKM credit account applications are subject to a review/approval by our credit control team and a credit check will be carried out.

In cases where credit account applications are rejected, a cash account alternative will be offered instead.

Dirty Van Terms and Conditions

By using the vouchers issued to you via direct mailer, email & SMS, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

This promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales and excludes employees of MKM Building Supplies and members, families, or agents of anyone associated with this promotion.

To redeem a voucher, you must hold an active MKM account that is not overdrawn and must be compliant with payment terms.

1. Money off vouchers must be presented before placing an in-person order. Vouchers may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined or used with any other offer. Vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The discount applies to trade prices only and excludes VAT, renewables, direct-to-site orders, and boilers. MKM Building Supplies reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Customers must spend the qualifying amount or more in one transaction on an in-branch order. Only the account holder can only use the voucher once. Someone other than the account holder can only use the vouchers with prior written approval of the MKM account holder.

Vouchers will only be accepted where all Terms and Conditions are met.

If account owners wish to be removed from the promotion, they must contact their branch.

MKM’s Dirty Van Campaign is available at participating branches only.

MKM’s Dirty Van Campaign vouchers require a minimum spend in a single in-branch transaction, as detailed below and are only valid during specific dates, also listed below:

• £40 off when you spend £200 valid 01/09/2026 until 30/09/2026
• £100 off when you spend £400 valid 01/09/2026 until 30/09/2026
• £10 off when you spend £100 valid 01/10/2026 until 31/10/2026

The Promoter, reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, providing that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to active MKM customers. To access Tradeshake for free, customers must enter the code MKMVIP during the signup process on the Tradeshake platform.

This offer is not available to existing Tradeshake subscribers.

Offer Details

1. This offer provides free access to Tradeshake for MKM customers who use the code MKMVIP at registration.
2. The offer applies only to the standard Tradeshake service. Any future premium features or paid upgrades may not be included.
3. There is no monetary alternative to this offer.

Duration and Notice

1. MKM reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
2. If the offer is discontinued, affected Tradeshake users will receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice via email from Tradeshake or through the Tradeshake platform.
3. Following the notice period, standard Tradeshake pricing may apply unless a new offer is introduced.

Account Status and Revocation

Free access to Tradeshake may be revoked without notice for any customer who:

1. Closes their MKM account;
2. Has an MKM account that is suspended or terminated;
3. Has an MKM account with an overdue balance or persistent payment issues.

Use of the Code

1. The MKMVIP code must be used at the time of registration. It cannot be applied retroactively.

General

1. MKM and Tradeshake are separate entities. By redeeming this offer, you acknowledge that any use of Tradeshake is subject solely to Tradeshake’s own terms of service and privacy policy. MKM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of Tradeshake, including but not limited to service interruptions, data issues, or contractual disagreements
2. By redeeming this offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Survey Prize Draw

This prize draw is run by MKM Building Supplies. It's open to UK trade customers aged 18 and over, and to enter you must complete the survey in full. One entry per person. Entry closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026. The prize is the one shown on the survey invitation. One winner will be drawn at random after the closing date and contacted using the details provided; if we can't reach them within 14 days, we'll draw another. The prize will be sent by email or post. It's non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there's no cash alternative. Your details are used only for this draw and handled in line with MKM's privacy policy.
