Description

The Permavent APEX is an underlay meant for pitched roofs that is made up of three layers. In addition to providing unique condensation control, Permanent APEX is a vapour and air permeable membrane that eliminates the need for low or high level ventilation. Permavent APEX also provides a secondary barrier to water ingress.

- APEX has been endorsed by NHBC for use as an unsupported roof underlay in cold pitched roofs without the need to provide any ventilation at either high or low level.

- Permavent APEX membrane is fully compliant with BS 5534: 2014 + A2 2018 and an integrated tape allows APEX to be installed in all UK wind zones.
