How It Works

Suretherm's Glass Microspheres create a thermal insulating layer, maintaining the surface temperature of treated areas. Independent tests show that condensation takes 57% longer to form on Suretherm-coated surfaces compared to ordinary emulsion paint.

Application Instructions

1 Surface Preparation

o Clean existing mould using Suretherm Cleaning Spray and allow surfaces to dry completely.

2 Application Method

o Apply using a medium pile roller in two even coats.

o Do not overapply, as this may result in a thick, stippled finish.

o Coverage: 8m? per litre per coat (4m? per litre for the two required coats).

o Foam rollers may provide a smoother finish; brushes can be used if preferred.

o For spray application, consult our Technical Department.

3 Finishing Options

o Suretherm can be left as a finish coat, but overpainting with a wipeable/scrubbable paint is recommended for humid areas (e.g., bathrooms, changing rooms).

o Wallpaper can be applied over the top ? If using lining paper, apply it before painting with Suretherm.

Important Usage Notes

• Available in white only ? Do not add coloured pigments or use mechanical agitators, as this may damage the Glass Microspheres.
