Carlisle Brass Brenton Padbolt

The Brenton Padbolt is a lockable gate bolt for wooden ledged and braced or framed style gates. From one side of your gate (usually inside), this gate bolt can be used to secure the gate closed while you are away. By engaging the shoot into the staple hole, rotating the handle flat, and inserting a separate padlock through the staple hole, the shoot is locked. As a result, the bolt cannot be moved from the closed / locked position, securing the gate.
