In this role, you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Assisting customers by providing excellent customer service, loading and unloading vehicles, picking and checking orders, storing stock safely and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.  You will also be required to make multi-drop deliveries in a pick up vehicle around the surrounding area. In this varied role you will also be required to work in the warehouse assisting with customer orders.

A Counterbalance Forklift license would be advantageous for this role along with building material / builders merchant industry knowledge. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Please note this role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings.

As a yard person/pick up driver you are the face of MKM to many of our customers and as such you should be of smart appearance (uniform provided), have a positive, friendly and helpful manner, be hard working and enthusiastic.
