Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer

This is an area with great potential for development and growth. We are looking for an experienced person to drive the K&B business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. Working in our Gloucester showroom, you will bring a passion for design and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
• Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
• Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Pro-actively generate new business.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• This role will include working alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products would be advantageous.
• Experience using ArtiCAD or Fusion planning software is essential.
• Driving Licence.
• Confident dealing with customers both trade and retail.
• The ability to build great customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flare for design that sets you apart.
• Although experience is required, support, training and development will be provided.
