VELUX flashings are designed to integrate seamlessly with roof coverings to provide a weather-tight finish around the window. They are compatible with any tile up to 120mm in profile. The flashings sit under the roofing materials, collecting water from the roof in a built-in guttering system. This gutter overlaps a second section of the flashing to ensure smooth water flow down the side of the window. Additionally, the flashing apron moulds to the roof material profile, allowing water to drain away effectively.
