Description

The Timloc 1201 Air Brick Brown is a ventilation brick designed for use with telescopic underfloor ventilators and cavity sleeves. It provides ventilation below suspended ground floors and through external walls to the building interior.

Product Features:

  • Ventilation: Designed for use with telescopic underfloor ventilators and cavity sleeves to provide ventilation.
  • Compliance: 6.5mm wide front grille openings comply with BS 5440 Pt2 and British Gas requirements.
  • Durability: Manufactured from polypropylene using injection moulding, making it UV stabilised, colourfast, durable and resistant to decay.
  • Design: Features a unique stepped front grille to reduce the entry of wind and driven rain.

The Timloc 1201 Air Brick Brown is manufactured in the UK to BS EN IS0 9001 and BS EN IS0 14001 standards.
