The head of the Roughneck Cutter Mattock is made from roll forged alloy steel, hardened and tempered, and painted black. It has a horizontal mattock edge at one end and a vertical one at the other. Ideal for cutting roots and breaking up soil. It is made of fibreglass with a polypropylene cover and a solid core.
