The Reisser timber connector screw has a sharp 25? point for a fast start, combined with two cutter slots this allows screwing close to the edge without splitting. To reduce drag and torsion forces on insertion there is a rollet on the shaft, this results in more efficient and faster fixing. Maximum torque transfer is provided by the TXD star drive which also helps to reduce cam-out, the large washer head provides greater tightening force and increased pull through resistance than a small hex head or countersunk fixing. Featuring a bronze Nano KTCO coating, estimated 15 years outdoor protection, has been tested to a minimum 2000 hours salt spray resistance, is also Cr-6 free and will resist peel off in timber.
