McAlpine 1 1/2 Self Closing Waste Valve with BSP female inlet nut x universal compression outlet. Can be installed in an horizontal or vertical position and in an installation where a non return valve can be of benefit to the installation. No water seal so never dries out. Not recommended for shower trays unless there is access for maintenance. Prevents the flow of foul odours or sewer gas into the building via the drainage
