The bench is made from mixed softwood and has been pressure treated to provide a 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal decay. It has also been smooth-planed to provide a splinter-free finish. The bench is delivered flat packed with easy to follow instructions and all the fixings needed for a simple build. If using to grow food produce, we recommend lining the bed/planter with a membrane before adding the soil.
