The exact colour may be affected by any previous treatment and is darker on sawn, more absorbent, weathered and dark wood. It is recommended to apply 2 to 3 uniform coats with a brush. The second coat should be applied after the first has soaked in. It is important to protect plants during application and allow treated fences etc. to dry thoroughly before refixing plants. It is not recommended to splash the product on plastic, plaster, paint or masonry. It is also important to remove as much product as possible from equipment before cleaning and to use Polycell Brush Cleaner for best results.
