Cuprinol Garden Shades Muted Clay 2.5L is a water-based stain that provides 6 years of weather protection for wooden garden structures. This product is suitable for use on wood, terracotta, brick, and stone to color the rest of the garden. It is not suitable for use on decking. The product is available in a beautiful muted clay color that enhances the grain of natural wood. It can be applied using a brush or spray. The coverage per 1L is 10-12m2 for smooth planed wood, 3-5m2 for rough sawn wood, and 2-3m2 for spray application. The product is easy to use and dries in just 1 hour. It is certified under EC No 1907/2006 and is safe to use. It is important to note that a minimum of 2 coats are required, and subsequent coats must be applied on the same day no longer than 8 hours apart. If not possible, lightly sand down surfaces before re-coating to ensure adhesion.
