Heating & cooling demand

The annual heating and cooling demand must not exceed 15 kWh per square meter of treated floor area (TFA) per year.

Primary energy demand

The total primary energy demand must be less than 120 kWh per square meter of TFA per year.

Airtightness

Airtightness level of no more than 0.6 air changes per hour (ACH) at a pressure differential of 50 Pascals.

Thermal comfort

Indoor temperatures should not exceed 25°C for more than 10% of the year.

Thermal bridge-free design

The building design should minimize thermal bridges to prevent heat loss.
