Eligibility:

·        The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and above.

·        Employees of MKM and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

·        The Prize Draw is not open to, (i) an agent or (ii) a third party who is directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

 

Participation

To enter:

·        Participants must purchase a minimum of £90 of items per transaction on a collected order, excluding VAT at an MKM branch or online between 07:00am on 13th May 2024 and 23:59pm on 24th May

·        Customers are automatically entered into a prize draw upon purchase.

·        Every transaction over £90 excluding VAT is a valid entry into the prize draw

·        If customers wish to opt out of the competition, they can email [email protected] and we will ensure they are excluded from the prize draw.

·        The prize winner must be available from Friday 14th June 2024 until Monday 17th June 2024.

·        If a customer subsequently returns their purchase for a refund their entry will be disallowed.

·        Customer must be an MKM trade account customer

 

Rights & Usage:

By entering the competition, participants agree that MKM Building Supplies Ltd hold the right to use their name, photograph(s), and/or biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to announcements of the winner on social media, press releases, and advertising materials, without further compensation or notification 

Prizes:

·        The prize winner will win a set of 4 tickets to England vs Serbia on Sunday June 16th at the Schalke's VELTINS-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany at 8pm.

·        The prize winner will receive outward and return flights from Manchester to Dusseldorf for 4 adults. The winner will need to provide their own transport to the selected airport.

·        The prize winner will receive three night’s accommodation for 4 adults (in two rooms) in a 4 star hotel near the match venue

 

Exclusions from Prizes:

·        The winner will need to provide their own transport to the selected UK airport.

·        The winner will need to provide travel from the Dusseldorf airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to Dusseldorf airport.

·        The winner will need to provide travel from the hotel to the match venue and back.

·        Meal Provisions: Breakfast is not included in the booking. Any additional meals required during the duration of the trip must be purchased by the winner.

 

Prize notification:

·        A random prize draw will take place on Tuesday 28th May.

·        The prize winner will be notified via email or phone on Tuesday 28th May.

·        The prize winner will be given until 3rd June 11:59pm to accept their prize, if they do not accept their prize within this timeframe another prize draw will take place.

·        The winner will receive their prize via electronic delivery and will be asked to pop by their local branch for a photograph opportunity.

·        The prize awarded cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for monetary value or any other prize.

·        The prize is intended solely for the recipient and may not be transferred to any other individual or entity without explicit consent from the organizing party.

·        Any attempt to sell or transfer the prize will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

 

Competition Deadline:

·        The competition closes on 23:59pm on 24th May 2024. Purchases after this date will be disregarded.

·        The winner will be notified on Monday 27th May via email or phone number.

 

Liability & Indemnification:

·        MKM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of prizes.

·        Participants agree to indemnify and hold MKM harmless against any claims arising from their submission or participation in the contest.

·        Please note, we will never ask winners to provide their bank details, If you are contacted by a page that impersonates MKM in any way, please report them. We will contact via email or phone and will not comment to the winner to announce that they have won.

 

Modification & Termination:

·        MKM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion.

Data Privacy:

·        Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

Governing Law:

·        The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

·        By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
