We’ve joined forces with a brand new housing development in the village of Keyingham, East Hull, bringing together two leading local companies to create 33 high quality homes.

 

The contract to develop the new Strawberry Fields site has been awarded to MR.Builder, a local family run building and construction business that has over 45 years’ experience developing exceptional buildings.

 

As part of the development, MR.Builder has joined forces with MKM Home, giving homeowners the opportunity to select the most inspirational and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms for their new properties.

 

MKM Home, located on Stoneferry Road, is a game changing retail space that features a host of kitchen and bathroom displays designed to inspire homeowners, with styles and tastes to suit the requirements of every home. 

 

The state-of-the-art showroom also includes an innovative landscaping display, as well as a ‘Sustainability Centre’, where people can learn more about a range of energy saving technologies that can save them money off their home energy costs.

 

Our partnership with MR.Builder represents the continuation of a strong relationship between of two of Hull’s leading building specialists, both of which have a huge focus on supporting the local community.

The Strawberry Fields development will include five affordable housing homes, which will be managed by Hull Churches Hosuing Association, alongside a mix of three and four-bedroom plots.
