MKM Building Supplies Limited and subsidiaries 'Beat The Blues' Competition – Terms & Conditions

 

By accepting the ‘Build Away’ loyalty card you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

 

•  This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) over the age of 18. Employees of M.K.M. Building Supplies Limited or members, families, or agents of anyone associated with this promotion are not permitted to enter.

• Customers are given a loyalty card free of charge. To claim gift, customers must spend the qualifying amount agreed by the participating branch. Direct to site deliveries, boilers and renewables are excluded from this promotion. Spend excludes VAT.

• Maximum of one loyalty stamp per customer per day.

• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• When the loyalty card is full, the card holder will be able to claim their gift from the branch that they received their card and stamps from. Loyalty cards that have been defaced, damaged, or copied cannot be accepted.

• All gifts are the ownership of the entity or person that purchased and paid for the goods. All gifts are subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives.

• The gift available is: 1 x Take Time Experience pack, worth up to £120, available via https://experiences.taketime.co.uk/.

• Any tax liabilities are the recipients responsibility.

• If you are a credit account holder, your account cannot be overdue at the point of claiming a completed stamp card. If overdue, the promotor has the right to withhold any winning gift until your account is paid in full.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. The gift may be withheld unless or until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

• Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

• Winners may be required to take part in publicity.

• Participant data will be processed in accordance with the MKM privacy policy, available at https://mkm.com/policies/privacy-policy

• By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, providing that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

• The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.
